It is with great sadness that the family of Andrea 'Andi' Smith announce her passing on August 12, 2022. She was born on January 10, 1953 to Eli and Irene Sperber in the Bronx, New York.

She moved to Pensacola, Florida in 1975, and shortly after married Thomas L Smith. They welcomed their first son, Christopher Smith in 1978 and in 1983 another son, Joshua Smith. Andrea worked for the Escambia County School district for 31 years and always gave back to the community by frequently volunteering at the USO on base and at the airport.  Just this year she fought and survived cancer. Her love for her grandchildren, McKinley, Carter and Hailey were unmatched. She gave the world to her family & friends and loved deeply. She was a kind and loving mother to her boys whom she thought the world of. She will be missed, "We love you Mom, Grandi, Mimi."

Andi is preceded in death by her parents, Irene & Eli Sperber and husband, Thomas Smith.

She is survived by her sons, Christopher Smith (Becky) and Joshua Smith (Tracie); grandchildren, McKinley Smith, Carter Smith and Hailey Smith and many loving friends.

A visitation will be held from 10:00 am until the funeral service begins at 11:00 am on Wednesday, August 17, 2022, at Harper-Morris Memorial Chapel.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to: United Service Organizations (USO) to which she frequently volunteered, 2430 Airport Blvd #216, Pensacola, FL 32504.
