Obituary

Anna Meryl Goff-Richards, age 36, of Pensacola, went home to be with the Lord suddenly and peacefully on Wednesday, September 30, 2020. Anna was born to Donna Morris Goff and Larry Butler Goff in Santa Barbara, California on March 30, 1984. She is preceded in death by a brother, Taylor Grantham Goff.

Anna first and foremost was a loving and devoted mother to her three children, Christian Gabriel Goff-Richards, Jaxon David Richards and Isabella Brinley Richards. They were the most important thing in her life and she loved spending time with them and their friends. They were truly the brightest light in her short life.

God had blessed her with a free spirit, natural beauty and the ability to live life to the fullest. Sometimes she tried to live it a little too full, but she loved an adventure. She could be tons of fun or she could shock you, but it was always meant to cause laughter. She blessed those whom she met and always tried to give words of encouragement. Anna would send out daily devotionals or funny thoughts to those that were on her mind at that time. She stood inches above most people and her booming voice commanded any room she entered, she could not whisper. Anna loved the water, she went to the beach any time she could, it brought her joy and peace.

Those left to cherish her memory include, her three children, Christian Gabriel Goff-Richards, Jaxon David Richards and Isabella Brinley Richards; her parents, Donna Morris Goff and Larry Butler Goff ; her husband, David Clayton Richards; two brothers, Joel Goff (Jennifer) and Jordan Goff; one niece, Pearson Alexis Goff and one nephew, Grant Taylor Goff.

A memorial service to celebrate and honor Anna's life will be held on Monday, October 5, 2020, at 6:00 P.M. at Harper-Morris Memorial Chapel with Mr. John Schmidt, Pastor, officiating. The family will receive friends from 4:00 P.M. until 6:00 P.M. prior to the service Monday.

She is now in God's hands and her family is so thankful that she had such a great love for our Lord.

Her parting words would be…"Dear God watch over my family and friends and whoever is reading this. Bless them in a way they have never known before. Amen. I love you all"
