Annie Riddick Griffith, 89, of Pensacola, FL passed away Saturday morning, September 3, 2016.

Mrs. Griffith was born on September 10, 1926 in Richmond, VA to Mary Elizabeth (Alfred) and George P. Riddick.  She retired from St. Regis Paper Mill with 35 years of service as an Inspector. Ann was a member of St. Mark United Methodist Church, St. Mark-Berean Sunday School Class, where she volunteered many hours of service in various capacities.

Ann was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Harold Griffith; siblings, George Riddick, Albert Riddick, Donald Riddick, Aline Riddick and Mary Louise Dickmann; step-children, Kathy Yates and Marilyn Craig.

Survivors include her children, William "Bill" Wheeler, Mary Elizabeth Boyette (Tom) and Ann Mary Newport (Ralph); step-children, Suzanne Weathers, Jerry Pittman (David), Larry Griffith (Dianne), Don Griffith (Dot) and Vicki Grantham; brother, Thomas Riddick; sisters, Virginia Merritt (Richard), Ruth Lohmyer (Dwight) and Cora Pierce; 18 grandchildren; 34 great grandchildren; 9 great great grandchildren and numerous nieces nephews and other relatives.

A Memorial Service will be 10:00am Thursday, September 8, 2016 at St. Mark United Methodist Church, with Rev. David Morris officiating.
