Antoinette "Toni" Nastasi, 72, of Pensacola, Florida, passed away unexpectedly at her home on June 29, 2026. Born and raised in Miami, Florida. She earned her degree as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) from St. Joseph's School of Anesthesiology in Providence, Rhode Island. Toni dedicated 23 years of service to Sacred Heart Hospital, where she was a respected nurse anesthetist before recently retiring.

Toni was the beloved daughter of the late Dr. Leo Nastasi and Rose Poreno Nastasi.

She is survived by her loving sisters, Kathleen Enloe of Miami, Florida, Carol Southern and her husband, Bill F. Southern, of Key Largo, Florida, Sandra Catauro of Warwick, Rhode Island, and Debra Zarrella and her husband, Gerald Zarrella, of Exeter, Rhode Island.

She is preceded in death by her sister, Theresa Nastasi of Coventry, Rhode Island; and her brother-in-law, David Enloe.

Visitation will begin at 3:00 p.m. with a memorial service celebrating Toni's life beginning at 4:00 p.m. at Harper-Morris Memorial Chapel on Saturday, August 8, 2026.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial donations be made to Northwest Florida Great Dane Rescue in Toni's honor.
