Barbara Ann Fisher Harshman, age 87, of Pensacola, went home to join her Lord and many dear family members on Tuesday, May 19, 2026. Barbara was born January 16, 1939, to the late Russ Gene and Bertha Laurent Fisher in Dayton, Ohio where she was raised. She moved to Florida in the year 2000, when she retired from the US POSTAL SERVICE, to live with her daughters, and enjoyed visits with her son frequently.

She was a loving mother to, Theresa, Richard, and Rebecca; a loving grandmother to, Shane, Josh, Holly, Joelle, and Tessa; and great grandmother to: James, Jessee, Cyann, Kenadie, Jaycee; and several loving cousins, to many to mention.

In addition to her parents, Barbara is preceded in death by, her sisters, Linda, and Janet; and a niece, Amy.

Our Mom led a full and active life, she loved books, birds, puzzles, genealogy, garage sales, and many other things. But above all she loved her family more than anything. She is now with our Dad, and other family members who have passed before her.

We miss her every day, and we will love her always and forever; we know with confidence that we will be together again in Heaven. She is always with us, we love you, Mom.
