Barbara Jane Mauch, 86, of Pensacola passed away Thursday, March 8, 2012. Mrs. Mauch was born in Pontiac, MI on January 21, 1926 to Anne (Foster) and Harry Ansbaugh. She married R. E. Doc Mauch on September 10, 1945. The couple was married by Docs father the Rev. Edward A. Mauch. They were blessed with three children calling Pensacola their home. Mrs. Mauch enjoyed music playing several instruments and she was involved with the Music Study Club. She was a member of the Ladies Golf Association at the Pensacola Country Club, and was an active member of the First Presbyterian Church. Her parents and brother Harry Ansbaugh preceded her in death. Mrs. Mauch is survived by her husband, R. E. Doc Mauch; children, Susan Phillips (Bob), Nancy Mauch, Jim Mauch (Kim); grandchildren, Laura Phillips, Bobby Phillips (Jenifer), Robbie McCorkindale (Tina), Alison McCorkindale, Jimmy Mauch and Jesse Mauch; great grandchildren, Gregory Brown, Mary Brown, Mitchell Phipps, Chase Bradford, Dylan Bradford, Ryder McCorkindale and Delia McCorkindale; and her loving dog Leah. A Private Family Service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to First Presbyterian Church, 33 East Gregory Street, Pensacola, FL 32502.
