Elizabeth A. "Betty" Del Gallo White, 90, of Pensacola, FL passed away peacefully and surrounded by her loved ones on Thursday, April 7, 2022.

Mrs. White was born in Trenton, NJ on March 7, 1932, to Tony and Mary Del Gallo.

She was a registered nurse prior to beginning the journey of motherhood, raising 6 children. She was a member of the Cathedral of the Sacred Heart, Diocesan Council of Catholic Women, and Ladies' Sanctuary Society. She also served as a Cub Scout Den Mother and Girl Scout Troop Leader. She was an art teacher and an accomplished artist. She was a pillar of her community opening her home and her heart to those in need. The people that she helped became a part of her family.

She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Jean White; daughter, Colleen White; son-in-law, Steve Cain; brother, Frank Del Gallo; sister-in-law, Betty Del Gallo; and brother-in-law, Jim Nalbone.

Survivors include daughters, Karen Thomann (Frank), Lynnette Ross (Kenneth), and Peggy Cain; sons, Thomas White and Jude White (Nancy); sisters, Theresa Nalbone, and Genevieve Snipes (Farrington); and foster son, Ulises Brooks; 11 grandchildren, and 13 great grandchildren.

A visitation will be held 10:00am until a Rosary to be prayed at 10:30am then followed by a Mass of Christian Burial to begin at 11:00am Monday, April 11, 2022, at the Cathedral of the Sacred Heart with Msgr. Michael Reed celebrant. Entombment will follow at the Holy Cross Cemetery Mausoleum.

Active Pallbearers will be Eric Thomann, Mark Thomann, Dave Hickey, John Ross, Josh White, and Hunter Kramer.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Jean White and Parker White.
