Betty Ann White Del Gallo, 86, went to be with her Lord on Friday, August 31, 2018.

She was born in Trenton, NJ where she met and married her husband Frank of 54 years. They moved from Trenton to Pensacola in 1957 and resided in the same home in East Hill since. Betty was a dedicated member of the Cathedral of the Sacred Heart where she was instrumental in starting the Cathedrals library and gift shop which she helped manage for over 14 years. She was also a member of the Cathedrals Altar Society, a volunteer at the Gulf Coast Kids House, and an Impact 100 member of Pensacola. Betty's life was dedicated to her Lord and trying to help those less fortunate than her. She was a great mom and will be missed by her entire family who finds comfort in knowing that she's walking the "Streets of Gold" with her Lord.

Betty is preceded in death by her parents, George White, Sr. & Mary Geheb White; husband, Frank A. Del Gallo; her step mother, Mary Newman Strohm; her brothers, George White, Jr., Jim White, Donald White, and Jean White; as well as her grandson, Chad David Del Gallo and her daughter-in-law, Cheryl Rooney.

Betty is survived by her children, Kathy Bradley (Kevin), David Del Gallo (Tonya), Steve Del Gallo, and Tony Del Gallo (Cyndi); 16 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; her brother Richard White; many nieces, nephews and cousins; as well as very special family friend, Shere Viar.

Memorial Mass will be held 12:00noon Monday, September 17, 2018 at the Cathedral of the Sacred Heart, with her dear friend Msgr. Michael Reed celebrant. A reception will follow in the parish hall.
