Bonita Kaye Alexander, 60, of Pensacola passed away on Wednesday, April 13, 2011. Bonita was born in Webb, IA on May 12, 1950 and graduated from Marathon High School. After graduation she moved to Pensacola and attended PJC. She worked as a Nurse at the Medical Center Clinic for 37 years. She attended St. Pauls Lutheran Church. Bonita enjoyed cooking, gardening, photography and winning money in Biloxi. Preceding her in death was her mother, Dorothy Tjebben. Survivors include her parents, Harold and Cynthia Alexander and Bert Tjebben; her siblings, Pat Hadler (Bob), Connie Varde, Ron Alexander (Lynn), Kathie Sutton (Gerry), Kim Tjebben, Caroline Carithers (Greg) and many nieces, nephews, other family members and friends. Visitation will be held on Sunday, April 17, 2011 at 2:00pm with services beginning at 3:00pm at Harper-Morris Memorial Chapel. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association. HARPER-MORRIS MEMORIAL CHAPEL is in charge of arrangements.
