Brendan O'Donovan Kelly, thirty-five, a lifelong resident of Pensacola, FL, died unexpectedly on September 26, 2023. Brendan's family members and close friends are devastated by his loss.

Brendan graduated from the International Baccalaureate Program at Pensacola High School and then earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science and Management. He worked as an implementation engineer for software companies and later in beverage sales. He lived life with a passion, having enjoyed many sports, especially soccer and later disc golf. He also loved lifeguarding for the National Park Service and surfing, playing video games with friends, and debating topics from world politics and climate change to the powers of various superheroes. And Brendan loved animals, especially dogs.

Brendan is preceded in death by his father, Don Kelly, and he is survived, most importantly, by his beloved daughter Norah, forever, the love of his life. Brendan is also survived by his mother, Brenda; his older brother, Matthew and his wife Jessie and their children, Maggie and Jack; and his younger brother, Kevin and his fiancée' Ginny; as well as a very large and loving extended family and many dear friends.

Brendan will be remembered for the kind heart he shared with others. A private funeral mass will be held in his memory.
