With heavy hearts, we announce that Brian Arthur Lynch passed away peacefully on August 14, 2024, while recreating at Big Lagoon State Park.
Brian was born October 27, 1956, to Carolyn Campbell and Arthur Charles Lynch, in Youngstown, OH. He was the sixth of seven children, grew up with a deep love for family and was dedicated to helping those he loved, always with a good sense of humor.
Brian graduated from Florida State University with a degree in Marketing, and settled in the Dallas area, marrying Lisa DeMartino in 1986. They had two children, Amelia Martine and Trevor Martin.
Brian spent the remainder of his life living in the Pensacola area. He was involved with organizations such as Habitat for Humanity and AmeriCorps VISTA, and also Emergency Management. He had a selfless and charismatic nature and was loved by many.
Brian is survived by his daughter, Amelia Brown (Alex); his son, Trevor Lynch (Emily); his grandsons, Henry & Caleb Brown; his granddaughter, Whitney Lynch; his father, Arthur Lynch; his sisters, Karin Lynch and Susan Simmons (Ray); his brothers, Michael Lynch (Beverly), Richard Lynch (Karen), and Kevin Lynch (Andrea); as well as his sister-in-law, Carol Lynch.
Visitation will be held 10:30am until a Memorial Mass begins at 11:00am Friday, September 6, 2024, at St. Ann Catholic Church, in Gulf Breeze, FL with Fr. Jack Campbell and Msgr. Luke Hunt concelebrating.
In lieu of flowers, we ask that you honor Brian's memory by being kind to others.
