Brigida Castillo, known lovingly as "Inday" or "Day" by her family and friends, passed away peacefully on February 4, 2025, at the age of 72. Born in Katipunan, Zamboanga Del Norte, Brigida lived a life full of love, compassion, and dedication to her family.

Brigida loved gardening, sewing, knitting, and traveling. As a dedicated military spouse, she served as the sole guidance counselor, teacher, driver, and mentor to her family during her husband's multiple deployments in the Navy. Additionally, Brigida held various positions as a medical assistant, lab technician, and in assembly work.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Felix Sr. and Brigida Sr., and her siblings Spin, Norma, Panio, Dodo, Bino, and Diosdado.

Brigida is survived by her devoted husband, Pat; her three children, Nancy (Jared), Eric, and Arlene (Tony); and her four beloved grandchildren, Sophia, Sebastian, Gabriel, and Noah.

A visitation will be held from 10:00 am until the funeral mass at 11:00 am on Wednesday, February 12, 2025, at Nativity of Our Lord Catholic Church with the Very Reverend Joseph P. Callipare officiating. Interment will follow at Barrancas National Cemetery.
