IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Carey Shan
Green
April 30, 1977 – August 22, 2021
Carey Shan Green passed away Sunday, August 22, 2021. Carey was born on April 30, 1977 at Wuesthoff Memorial Hospital in Rockledge Medical Center to his late Mother, Mary Beth Turner and late Father, William Merritt Green.
He is survived by his grandfather, Joseph Green; uncles, James Makin (wife Karen Makin) and John Patrick Makin; his step siblings, Gary Turner and Shawn Tuner Miley, and in Carey's own words "the man who taught him the most", Jerry Turner.
Carey was a friend to a lot, but a best friend to many. He loved to read and could be found reading many books at one time. Carey's witty and charming personality often led to meeting a new friend wherever he went. He loved his life, his friends, his two puppies Kobe and Amaiya, and taking long drives and getting lost in his Jeep. Carey will be deeply missed by his close friends and those few friends he called his family. He was loved and a joy to be around, especially if you needed a smile. You could always count on him.
