Carole Larsen Brown, 77, native of Pensacola, FL passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 9, 2025.
Born on February 15, 1948, Carole was the daughter of the late, Donald S. Larsen and Agnes McNair Larsen, and the stepdaughter of the late, Maggie Larsen.
Carole spent much of her career as a beautician, sharing her talent and joy with clients at Gayfers, Dillard's, McRae's, and Susan's Beauty Salon. She was a proud past member of the Krewe of Aphrodite and Krewe of Rita and served as royalty for the Krewe of Lafitte.
Carole lived life to the fullest. She loved taking cruises, cheering on Alabama football, doting on her beloved dog Marlee, and bragging about her cherished granddaughter. Her warmth and sense of humor were felt by all who knew her.
She is preceded in death by her father, Donald S. Larsen; her mother, Agnes McNair Larsen; and her stepmother, Maggie Larsen.
Survivors include her loving husband, Louie Brown; her son, Jeff Brown (Cathy); granddaughter, Chandlar; her brother, Donald Larsen (Linda); cousin, Laurie Bright; nephews, Brent and Brian Larsen; her devoted dog Marlee; her best friend of more than 50 years, Meredith Daniels; as well as many other extended family members locally and up north.
A Memorial Service will be held and announced at a later date (possibly around November or December of this year).

The family would like to extend special thanks to the Pensacola Police Department, Pensacola Fire Department, Escambia County EMS, the Baptist Hospital ER and ICU staff, Dr. Robert Flurry for over 40 years of care, and Jeremy and Sherie White, Belinda Brown, Cathy, Brian, Tanner Morris, and Barb Smith for their support during this time.
Carole will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who were fortunate enough to know her.
