Carolyn A. O'Dell, 71, of Pensacola, FL passed away Saturday, February 27, 2021.

She was born on October 24, 1949 in Philadelphia, PA and grew up in South Jersey and moved to Florida to be with her family in 2000. She was a woman who like to be crafty and loved to cook. She spent hours doing puzzles and sewing. Carolyn was a special person to all who knew her. She had a way with words and had a kind and caring heart. She believed that family came first and loved them with all her heart. She was a treasured friend and teacher. Her laugh was infectious, and she had a way of lighting up the room with her presence. She was loved and will be forever missed.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Dorothy Pope and David Mauser; as well her siblings, Robert, Ralph, Elizabeth and Franny and the love of her life, Herbert O'Dell.

She is survived by her two daughters, Sharlene Wise of Missouri and Candace Minton (Christopher Craveiro) of Pensacola, FL; granddaughter, Angelina Wise of Missouri; grandsons, Christopher Hohenstreet of Missouri and Brandon Minton of Pensacola, FL.

The family will be having private services.
