It is with great sadness that the family of
Charles Arthur Hanson
announces h
is passing on Friday
,
June 22, 2018, at the age of 84.
Charles w as preceded in death by his parents, Gladys and Leslie Hanson of Swea City, IA; his wife, Mary Lee of Pensacola, FL; his brother, Laurence of Swea City, IA .
He will be lovingly remembered by his children, Eric of Destin, FL and David of Hanover, MD; his step-children, Chance Porter of Santa Rosa Beach, FL and Hayden Porter of Pensacola, FL; as well as his brother, Eugene of Houston, TX.
Visitation will be held 9:30am until a Mass of Christian Burial to begin at 10:30am Thursday, June 28, 2018 at St. Thomas More Catholic Church in Pensacola, FL with Fr. Nicholas Schumm celebrant . Interment will follow at 12:00pm at Barrancas National Cemetery with full military honors.
Those who so desire may make memorial donations on behalf of Charles and Mary Lee to the Air Force Enlisted Village, 92 Sunset Lane, Shalimar, FL 32579.
