Charles LeRoy Vincent, 79, of Cantonment, FL, passed away on Monday, July 20, 2015. Chuck was born on October 25, 1935 to parents Lillian and Harry Vincent in Lapeer, MI. He graduated from Lapeer High School in 1953 then joined the Marine Corp to serve in the Korean War. After serving he was employed by Michigan Bell/Ameritech until retiring in 1990. Chuck enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time with friends and family. He is preceded in death by his parents, brother, William Vincent and first wife, Gail Babcock Vincent. He is survived by his loving wife, Sherry Mahler Vincent; three children, Charles Vincent (Eve) of Salt Lake City, UT, Cheryl Vincent Santoni (Michael) of Ellicott City, MD, Lisa Vincent-Davis (Jonathan) of Ellicott City, MD; his three step children, Melissa Braud (Roby) of Chesapeake, VA, Stacey Ramos (Rui) of Beulah, FL and Christine Mills (Tyler) of Beulah, FL. Chuck is also survived by his 6 grandchildren, Elisa Santoni, Abigail Santoni, Michael Santoni, Gailen Davis, Firmley Davis, Addison Vincent and his 8 step grandchildren Lauren Carhart, Evan Carhart, Austin Braud, Tyler Blackwell, Landon Blackwell, Tayler Mills, Hayley Ramos and Brynlie Ramos. A Graveside Service will be held on Wednesday, July 29, 2015 at 3:30 P.M. at Pensacola Memorial Gardens. Dr. Randy Jackson of First Presbyterian Church will be officiating. In lieu of flowers a donation may be made to Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF), American Heart Association, American Cancer Society or Susan G. Komen. Family would like to thank the ICU doctors and staff at West Florida Hospital.
