Chloe Ariana Vignes, age 48, went home to her heavenly father on Tuesday, August 4, 2026, at Vitas Hospice at West Florida Hospital in Pensacola, FL after a year and half battle with cancer.

Born on the island of O’ahu and raised in Pensacola, FL Chloe was the oldest daughter of Gregory “Rocky” & Marilyn Hard.

She was a 5th grade teacher at Gulf Breeze Elementary School for 22 years. Chloe’s ability to make learning fun and meaningful left a lasting impact with her students.

Chloe’s adventurous spirit would frequently lead her to experiences swimming, hiking, paddle boarding, camping, running, and exploring amazing places. She was always excited to try new adventures and enjoyed time with her many, many friends. Her favorite place in the world was Pensacola Beach.

Chloe is survived by her loving husband of 22 years, Beau Vignes; her children, Ripley, Lottie, and Kylie; her sisters, Mariel Diaz (Frank), Brittany Bright (Travis); as well as her brothers, Tristan and Michael.

A celebration of life will be held at 2:00pm on Saturday, August 8, 2026, at Gulf Breeze United Methodist Church, 75 Fairpoint Dr., Gulf Breeze, FL 32561 with Dr. Stephen Davis & Dr. Nathan Attwood officiating.
