A loving son and best friend, Christopher Scott Goodloe, 56, of Pensacola, died February 3, 2020 at Sacred Heart Hospital surrounded by family after a short and difficult battle with multiple myeloma.

Christopher was born September 3, 1963 at Baptist Hospital, Pensacola, to Robert (Vann) and Susan (Burpee) Goodloe.

He graduated from Herndon High School in Herndon, VA and attended Radford University. He was employed by Copy Products Corp. in Pensacola.

He especially enjoyed family and friend gatherings, telling humorous and animated stories. He spread love and laughter wherever he went. An avid fisherman, golfer as well as a Cubs and Redskins fan, his heart remained with his two children, Tyler and Cassidy Goodloe.

Christopher loved his family and is survived by his two children, Tyler and Cassidy of Pensacola; parents, Vann and Susan Goodloe; sister, Lisa (Goodloe) Rietz and husband Kip; brothers, Todd, Jason and Daniel Goodloe; former wife, Wendy Goodloe; nieces, Tara and Erin Rietz, and Samantha Goodloe; nephews, Ryan and Ashley Rietz, Vann Goodloe (Todd); and great nieces Reya, Rose Rietz and Quinn Rietz.  He will be missed everyday by family and friends.

A Memorial Visitation will be 10:30am to 12:30pm Saturday, February 8, 2020 at Harper – Morris Memorial Chapel.
