Charles "Chuck" Junior Whiteman, 67 of Cantonment, FL passed away Saturday,

December 25, 2021, in his home surrounded by family.

Chuck was born in Canton, IL on September 13, 1954, to Leonard "Louie" and Wanda Mae (Waughtel) Whiteman. Chuck was a skilled mason. He worked in commercial construction for years, eventually owning his own company, Whiteman Masonry, which built many buildings in Pensacola and Pensacola Beach. He ended his career and retired as a Pipe Engineer in November 2020.

Chuck was a member of the Escambia Lodge #15 and the Order of Eastern Star Myrtle Grove Chapter. He was an amateur Golden Gloves boxer and enjoyed golfing. Chuck was an avid Chicago Bears fan.

Chuck always put his family first. He was a loving and devoted husband, father, and "Muffin". He very rarely met a stranger and had many friends that became like family.

He is preceded in death by his parents, and in-laws, David and Eva Timbrook.

Chuck is survived by his wife, Debra Whiteman; children, Krista Rinella, Amanda Waddell, Korin Crosetto, Randi Henderson (Joe), Teri Mae Whiteman, Brandon Barth (Kristina), Brittany Cox (Tyler); grandchildren Kody Jochums, Kyndra Sassman, McKaila Waddell, Logan Griffin, Tatum Griffin, Kinsley Mae Tindall, Avery Henderson, Wyatt Barth, Jack Henderson, Bailey Cox, Easton Cox, and baby Barth due July 2022; great-granddaughter, Elowyn Plenkers; siblings, Sabrina Beasley (Steve), Jeff Whiteman, Richard Whiteman, William Whiteman, Lila Garzee, Gerry Whiteman, Clara Hopkins, Calvin Whiteman; and many nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Chuck's life will be held 11:00am – 2:00pm Saturday, January 29, 2022 at the Odd Colony Brewing Company, 260 N. Palafox St., Pensacola, FL 32502.
