Clara Eugenia (Gene) Earps, 96,of Pensacola passed away Wednesday, November 6, 2013. Mrs. Earps was born on June 24, 1917 Pensacola (Woosley), FL to Mary (Davidson) and William Wooters. She graduated from Pensacola High School with the Class of 1936. In 1937 she married Edward Earps. Mrs. Earps was a homemaker. Her parents and husband preceded her in death. Mrs. Earps is survived by her daughter, Myra Marler; son Edward Earps; and sister-in-law Jewell Neason. A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00pm Wednesday, November 13, 2013 at Harper-Morris Memorial Chapel. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to First United Methodist Church, 6 E. Wright St., Pensacola, FL 32501, or Covenant Hospice, 5041 N. 12th Ave., Pensacola, FL 32504.
