You know that kind of man who says "hey, how ya doing" to everyone -family, friends and strangers alike? That was Clarence L. Quigley. It is with great sadness that we announce his passing on Thursday, August 17, 2023, in Pensacola, FL.

Clarence was 82, born April 16, 1941. He has been battling several health challenges for many years. During those years he has been cared for by his devoted wife Janie Quigley, but most recently needed full time care which he received from Olive Branch Rehabilitation Center and Emerald Coast Hospice.

Many people know Clarence from his 62 years at Quigley Electric, a family owned and operated Pensacola business. He was a proud member of the Shiners Organization.

He is preceded in death by his son, Edward Quigley, III and his parents, Edward E. Quigley, Jr. and Elizabeth Quigley.

Clarence leaves behind his wife of 22 years, Janie Quigley; his three children, Leslie Lee, Lori Christianson, and Jason Phillips; his grandchildren, Kelsey Leland (who called him Grand Clarence) and Jack Christianson (who called him PaPoo); great grandchildren, Theo and Lawson Leland; his brothers, Doug Quigley and Bobby Quigley; as well as his nieces and nephews.

A visitation will be held 1:00pm until a Memorial Service to begin at 2:00pm Friday, August 25, 2023, at Harper-Morris Memorial Chapel, 2276 Airport Blvd., Pensacola, FL 32504, with Rev. Mike Mashburn officiating.
