Cris Tugwell, 88, went to be with the Lord on Monday, September 30, 2013. Cris was born in Pensacola on November 28, 1924 to Sam and Katie Catches. She is survived by her sons, Roy Tugwell (Marcia) and Charles Tugwell (Debbie); grandchildren, Justin Tugwell (Amy), Jonathan Tugwell and Ashley Tugwell; great-granddaughter, Paisley; her brother, George Catches (Dolores) and sister-in-law, Dot McCants. She is preceded in death by her loving husband of 55 years, Roy M. Tugwell, Sr.; sisters, Mary and Lena; brothers, Sammy, Victor and Johnny. Visitation will be held 1:00pm until a Celebration of Life Service to begin at 2:00pm Thursday, October 3, 2013 at Harper-Morris Memorial Chapel with burial to follow at Bayview Memorial Park.
