David "Dave" Lee Justice, 69, of Pensacola, FL passed away Sunday, May10, 2020.

Dave was born in Charleston, WV on March 7, 1951 to Jack Lee and Violet Mae (McClain) Justice. He was raised and attended schools in Charleston graduating from Nitro High School in 1969. After graduating from high school he joined the US Navy where he had an 18 year career reaching the rank of Yeoman 1 ^st Class, Petty Officer. After his military service, Dave had a second career with the VA as an Administrator.

He is preceded in death by his loving wife of 48 years, Merly Marin Justice; parents, Jack Lee and Violet (McClain) Justice; and brother, Jack Lee Justice, Jr.

Those left to cherish his memory are his children, Jack L. Justice of Gulf Breeze, FL; Keshia Ann Bell of Diamond City, AR and David Christopher Justice of Pensacola, FL; grandchildren, Alexandria K. Justice, Madeline G. Justice both of Gulf Breeze, Brayden C. Justice of Pensacola, FL, Nicholas C. Weiss, Aaron J. Weiss and Michael L. Weiss all of St. Louis, MO; sisters, Alice Kinder of Elyria, OH and Elizabeth Justice of Fort McCoy, FL; sister-in-laws, Erma M. Baker, Nila Maloney and brother-in-law, John C, Baker all of Pensacola, FL.

Due to current circumstances there will be a Private Family Service. Dave will be laid to rest with his wife at Barrancas National Cemetery.
