Dennis Walter Sowa, 70, of Pensacola, FL passed away Friday, December 5, 2014. Survivors include his loving wife, Margaret Sowa; son, Dennis W. Sowa, Jr.; sister, Dorothy Bachley and brother, David Sowa. Visitation will be held 2:00pm until the Funeral Mass to begin at 3:00pm Thursday, December 11, 2014 at St. Paul Catholic Church. Graveside committal with Navy honors will be held at 9:30am Friday, December 12, 2014 at Barrancas National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Wounded Warrior Project or the Disabled American Veterans.
