Dolores Seabrook Eubanks, 81, of Pace, FL, passed away Tuesday, October 27, 2026.
Dolores was born in Pensacola, FL, at the old Sacred Heart Hospital. She graduated from Pensacola High School and then attended Pensacola Junior College. She spent most of her career in Civil Service, working as an executive secretary to the commanding officer at NAS Pensacola and at the Naval Station in Norfolk, VA, for a couple of years. Dolores’ passion was clearly caring for her family. She spent her life making sure everyone was always taken care of and had what they needed. Her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren came second to none! Her favorite pastime was watching her Top-Secret boys play travel ball. She traveled all over to watch them play. She also attended every football game they played after baseball season was over. She never missed a birthday party, holiday, or family gathering. Everyone who knew her knew that family came first every single day.
She was preceded in death by her father, Dudley Seabrook; her mother, Doris Seabrook; and her beloved son, Scott Eubanks.
Survivors include her daughter, Shauna Mathews (Phil); grandchildren, Phil Mathews (Nikole), Lauren Mathews, Amanda Slone (Adam), Scott Eubanks (Taylor), and Alex Mabire (Shannon); great-grandchildren, Phil IV, Easton, Cohen, Mason, Cooper, Cameron, Jenna, Landyn, Saylor, Audrey, Sutton, and Robert; her sister-in-law, Julie Seabrook; and nephews, Nick Seabrook (Janelle) and Shep Seabrook.
A visitation will be held from 1:30pm until the funeral service begins at 2:00pm Saturday, October 31, 2026, at Harper-Morris Memorial Chapel, with Rev. Mike Mashburn officiating. Interment will follow at Bayview Memorial Park.
Active pallbearers will be Phil Mathews III, Alex Mabire, Adam Slone, Scott Eubanks II, Nick Seabrook, and Shep Seabrook.
Honorary pallbearers will be Phil Mathews IV, Easton Byrd, Mason Mathews, Cohen Byrd, Cooper Mathews, and Sutton Byrd.
The family would like to extend special thanks to Dr. Rohit Amin and Dr. Jason Foreman, who cared for Dolores over the last several years and truly went above and beyond for her.
