Donald S. Darden, 66, passed away Friday, September 14, 2018.

Donald was born on February 19, 1952 in Nashville, TN. He attended Escambia High School in Pensacola, FL. Donald, a.k.a "Don", was quite a "people-person" and was a friend to so many. He loved socializing and "stirring the pot", especially while fishing, golfing, and working. Don was in the transportation industry for the majority of his career. His quick wit, outgoing personality, and insatiable sense of humor made him easy to love.

He is preceded in death by his father, Gilbert Darden and his mother, Billie Jean Shook.

Survivors include his wife, Glenda L. Darden and a blended family of six children, Blaine Darden, Lori Horton (Steve), Dennis Young, Donna Majors (Donald), Darryl Young, Elizabeth Martin; eight grandchildren, Shayna, Shelby, Madyson, Dana, Jared, Samantha, Alex, and Josh; three great-grandchildren, Ashtin, Sienna, and Lane; brother, Ronald Darden (Janet); sister-in-law, Katherine Rouse; as well as several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held 5-7pm Tuesday, September 18, 2018 at Harper-Morris Memorial Chapel, 2276 Airport Blvd., Pensacola, FL 32504.
