Earl Stamford Speechley, Jr., age 66, of Gulf Breeze, was called home July 30, 2019. He was born July 05, 1953 in Philadelphia, PA to the late Ruth Yvonne Speechley and Earl Stamford Speechley Senior. Earl obtained his bachelor's degree from Penn State University. He proudly served our country as a Marine Corps officer, achieving the rank of captain. As a civillian he became a successful chemical engineering consultant throughout the United States.

Loving father of Lauren Yvonne Speechley and Earl Stamford Speechley, III. Grandfather of Donavan Ray Speechley. Brother of Susan Lukito Speechley and Steven Speechley and loved by many nieces and nephews.

The world has lost a great man. We will miss his loving heart and open arms, his creativity, his wit, and knowledge of the world. He was a strong powerful man with great taste for the finer things in life.

We will never forget his love for his family. He was a great provider and always wanted the best for the ones he loved.

A funeral cortege will depart promptly at 11:00am, Thursday, August 08, 2019, from Harper-Morris Memorial Chapel, 2276 Airport Blvd., Pensacola, FL 32504 to Barrancas National Cemetery (Shelter B), located at Naval Air Station Pensacola, 1 Cemetery Road, Pensacola, FL 32508. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Covenant Hospice, 8383 North Davis Hwy, Pensacola, FL 32514.
