EDWARD MERRIAM CHADBOURNE IV (CHAD) left us sadly and unexpectedly on Tuesday, December 22, 2020.
Chad was born on September 20, 1986 to Caroline Bell Chadbourne(Lina) and Edward Merriam Chadbourne III.
Chad was employed by Heaton Brothers Construction Company. He was so proud to carry on the family tradition of Road Construction which he loved.
Chad had a beautiful sense of humor. He brought joy and laughter wherever he went. He was warm and caring and touched everyone who knew him. He was an avid outdoorsman. He loved being on the water, boating with his family , fishing of any type , hunting , camping, spending time around the bon fire at the family lake and driving his four wheelers through the woods.
Chad's pursuit of the biggest fish took him to many beautiful places some of which include Panama, a summer touring and fishing the Caribbean, Bermuda, Canada and many many more.
Chad was a first class athlete and he loved playing football at St Paul Catholic School, Catholic High School and Riverside Military Academy. He was an All State senior Athlete in the State of Georgia and highly regarded for his talents on the field, which led to many offers to play at the next level. In addition to football he played golf, soccer, baseball, basketball , ran track and wakeboarded constantly on Bayou Texar with his friends.
Chad's biggest blessings were his beautiful children of whom he was so very proud. He loved watching his daughter Annabelle sing in the Pensacola Children's Chorus and compete in sailing regattas on her opti. His sons Holden and Henry were his little prodigies. They share his love of nature and the outdoors. They are both accomplished Tonka Truck drivers and love moving dirt as their father did.
Chad cherished his large extended family. He is survived by his wife Lindsey; daughter Annabelle;sons Holden and Henry; parents Lina Chadbourne,Edward and Cynthia Chadbourne ;Paternal grandparents Edward and Ruth Chadbourne; Adoring Siblings, Mary Carolyn Chadbourne Forshee, Rosalind Chadbourne Dottley(Will); and his brother and best friend Britton Chadbourne.
