Edward Erle Quigley Jr., 96, passed away peacefully on Friday, April 24, 2020.
He was born in Pensacola, Florida on November 25, 1923. He married Elizabeth Malone on July 5, 1940, and was a World War II Navy Veteran.
Edward was the founder of Quigley Electric Company. He owned and operated the Pensacola based company with his sons for 60 years. He was a member of Richards Memorial Methodist Church and a past member of Scenic Hills Country Club.
Edward is preceded in death by his parents; wife of 74 years, Elizabeth Quigley; and his grandson Edward Erle Quigley III.
Mr. Quigley is survived by his three sons and their wives, Clarence (Janie), Doug (Debra), and Bobby (Natalie); grandchildren; Leslie, Joshua, Sabria, and Brittany; four great-grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren.
Due to current circumstances with the corona virus, private family services will be held on Friday, May 8, 2020. Interment will follow at Bayview Memorial Park.
