Elaine "Lanie" Talbot, 83, of Pensacola, FL, passed away on Sunday, April 6, 2025.

Elaine was born to the late Hormidas and Lillian St. Jean Heroux in Chicopee, MA. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her loving husband of 49 years, Robert Edward Talbot and her brother, Donald Heroux.

Elaine was a devoted mother and grandmother who was of the Catholic faith. She enjoyed spending time feeding her ducks and really enjoyed watching the Dallas Cowboys play football. Elaine had worked for many years as a nursing assistant and loved to help others. She was a strong and independent woman who always took the time to make sure her family and home were properly cared for. She always made sure things were kept in order, when there was something to be fixed, she didn't wait for others to do it, she would jump in and do it herself. She loved to work in her garden and spend time outdoors. Elaine also loved classic cars.

She is survived by her children, Lisa (Gene), David (Albert), Michael and Steven (Shannon); five grandchildren, Chris, Nic, Steph, Brooke and William; great grandchildren, Aiden, Wyatt, Luna and Malakhi; as well as friends, Robert, Tami, Paula, and Jacqui (Ronnie).

A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00pm on Thursday, April 17, 2025, at Harper-Morris Memorial Chapel. Committal will follow at Barrancas National Cemetery, where she will be reunited with her loving husband.
