Elizabeth N. Harvey, 93, of Pensacola, FL passed away on Sunday, September 13, 2015 at the Haven of Our Lady of Peace in Pensacola, FL. She was born on November 14, 1921 in Tuscaloosa, AL to James Edwin and Bertha R. Nelson. She had one brother, James E. Nelson, Jr. of Pensacola, FL; one sister, Hattie Mae Nelson Elmore of Tuscaloosa, AL and was married to Robert S. Harvey. They all preceded her in death. Elizabeth was a member of First Baptist Church of Pensacola for over 60 years and retired from the Pensacola Area Chamber of Commerce. She was also a member of the Pensacola Yacht Club, Harlequins, Maids of Mirth, Jesters and involved for many years in the Fiesta of Five Flags. She was an avid University of Alabama fan! She is survived by one nephew, R Don Nelson of Pensacola; four nieces, Sylvia N. Ammons of Pensacola, Sandra E. Stinson (Lin) of Mission Viejo, CA, Marilyn E. Zemnes and Sheila E. Johnson of Tuscaloosa, AL. A Graveside Service will be held at 3:00pm Monday, September 21, 2015 at Bayview Memorial Park. The family would like to thank the staff at the Haven of Our Lady of Peace for their compassionate care and love while she was there.
