Elizabeth "Libby" Payne Grant, age 92, passed away on Wednesday, March 27, 2013. She was born April 14, 1920 in Milton, FL, and was the last survivor of the 10 children of Reuben Guy Payne and Anna Vera Wyche Payne. She had been living in a nursing home in Gainesville, FL, near her daughter, Martha Glavin. She was married for 57 years to Ralph Grant, who passed away June 13, 1997. She is survived by her 3 children, Fred Grant of McDonough, GA, Martha Grant Glavin of Gainesville, FL and Paul Grant of Parker, CO. She was preceded in death by two granddaughters, April Grant and Diana Glavin. She is also survived by her grandchildren; Candice Grant Davis, Daniel Grant, Frank Glavin, Elizabeth Glavin, Grant Glavin, Alex Grant and Shannon Grant. Visitation will be held 9:30am until the Funeral Service to begin at 10:30am Tuesday, April 2, 2013 at Harper-Morris Memorial Chapel with Rev. Connie Ragghianti officiating. Burial will follow at Barrancas National Cemetery at 11:45am.
