Elsie H. Cullen, 82 of Panama City, FL passed away peacefully with her family at her side on Friday, April 13, 2018.

Elsie was born in Bronx, NY on November 11, 1935. She was the daughter of Jack and Doris Clemmensen.

Elsie worked 50 plus years in the banking industry, she retired from Bay Bank and Trust as Assistant Vice President.

Elsie is preceded in death by her loving husband of 57 years, Richard; and her parents, Jack and Doris.

She is survived by her daughters, Mary Ann Louks (Gary) of CO, Patricia A. Fell (John) of Pensacola; grandsons, Dwain T. Whitehead (Katharine) of NE and Richard W. Fell of Pensacola; great grandson, Joshua D. Whitehead of NE.

Visitation will begin at 10:00am until the Funeral Service at 11:00am Friday, April 20, 2018 at Harper-Morris Memorial Chapel. Burial will follow at Barrancas National Cemetery.
