Eric Michael Holmes, 33, of Pensacola, FL passed away Saturday, February 25, 2023.

Michael was born in Pensacola, FL on June 19, 1989, to Elizabeth (Hammond) and Robert Holmes. He joined the Air Force in 2020. He loved the ocean, beach and video games. Michael was a kind, loving, gentle soul, compassionate person who touched the lives on many. He was a dedicated son, brother, uncle, and friend who always put others before himself. He had a contagious smile and a warm personality that could light up any room he walked into. He always brought the family together. Michael will always be remembered; his legacy will live through the memories he created and the lives he touched. He will be deeply missed, but never forgotten.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Elizabeth Holmes.

Michael is survived by his father, Robert Holmes of Pensacola, FL; sister, Della Drews (Christopher) of Jackson, WY; brother, Daniel Holmes of Charleston, SC; brother, Ben Holmes (Marissa) of Pensacola, FL; nephews, Harrison and Leo Holmes; brother, Peter Holmes (Sherry) of Naples, Italy; nephews, Tyler and Brendan Holmes; niece, Kaylie Holmes; sister, Kathryne Holmes of Pensacola, FL; nephew, Sheldon, Jr. and niece, Analisia Tyne.

Memorial Service will be held 11:00am Saturday, March 18, 2023, at Harper-Morris Memorial Chapel. Interment will follow at Bayview Memorial Park.
