Esther Flora Kubler, 87 of South Miami, FL, passed away Aug. 21, 2016.
The first female pilot in Carthage, NY, she graduated class valedictorian from
high school there in 1947. She went on to graduate in 1951 from University of Rochester School of Nursing, and then moved to Miami, where she met and
married Frank in 1954. They moved to Pensacola, FL in 1955 and started a family. They moved back to Miami in 1971. She worked night shift at Jackson Memorial Hospital as a registered nurse for a total of 24 yrs.
Proceeded in death by her husband of 40 years, Frank M Kubler, and grandson, Nicholas "Nicky".
She is survived by her loving children; son, Frank L. "Larry" Kubler, daughter, Katherine "Kathy" Faber (Paul), son, John M. Kubler (Thuy); 6 grandchildren; Danielle, Michael, Christopher "Chris", Rebekah, Matthew, and Elizabeth; and one great-grandchild, Mackenzie.
She gave her all in whatever she did in life, and always thought of others first. She was just the best, most wonderful, loving and caring Mom anyone could have!
A Graveside Service will be 11:00am Friday, August 26, 2016 at Holy Cross Cemetery.
