Ethel "Delores" Hollingsworth Mead, 76, of St Pauls, NC, died peacefully Tuesday, August 21, 2018.

A former resident of Pensacola, FL and Florala, AL, Delores returned to her hometown of St Pauls, NC in 2016 to be closer to her siblings.

Delores is preceded in death by her beloved husband Eddie; her parents, Amanda and Nash; her sisters, Mary, Jean, Joan, Viola; brothers, Dennis, and Tommy.

She is survived by daughters, Carol Roth (Jon) of Stafford, VA; Trish Berard (Mike) of Kingscliff, Australia; sons, Kenneth Mead of St Pauls, NC and Edward Mead Jr. of Opp, AL; eight grandchildren, Jon, Amber, Brian, Michael, Evan, Christopher, Erin and Nathan; two great grandchildren, Genisys and Harper; sisters, Patricia, Janice, Judy and Nola; brothers, James and Donnie; as well as brother-in-law, James (Marie).

A private family graveside service was held on Wednesday, August 29, 2018 at Barrancas National Cemetery with her brother-in-law, James Mead officiating.
