Apolonia "Fanny" De Los Reyes Teats, age 73, of Pensacola, FL formerly of Jacksonville, FL was called home peacefully with her family at her side August 24, 2019. She was born September 01, 1945 in Balayan, Batangas in the Philippines to the late Hermogenes and Luisa De Los Reyes. Fanny was a devoted wife, cherished mother and beloved sister. She was known for her sense of fashion and bling, mall walking, dancing at zumba and singing karaoke. Fanny enjoyed traveling the gulf coast with her family and friends as well as sightseeing in Biloxi.

She is preceded in death by her parents; and siblings, Cornelio De Los Reyes and Catalina Alday. Those left to cherish her memory are her husband, Randy L. Teats; children, Richard Collins of Jacksonville, FL, William Reyes of Jacksonville, FL and Christian Daley of Jacksonville, FL; siblings, Antonia Polonia of the Philippines, Felisa Lyons of Jacksonville, FL, Amodar De Los Reyes of the Philippines, Ligaya Kirkland of Jacksonville, FL and Josefina Baylosis of Rome, Italy; and a host of extended family and friends.

A celebration of her life will be announced at a later date in Jacksonville, FL. Her family offers special thanks to the staff of Covenant Inpatient Hospice Center at Sacred Heart Hospital, for their compassionate care.
