Loretta "Faye" Nott, 87, passed peacefully into the arms of her loving Savior, Saturday, July 9, 2022.

She was born in Bascom, FL to her loving parents, the late Rex O. and Emma Lou Simmons on October 2, 1934. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her loving husband, Robert S. Nott, Sr.; her seven siblings, Byron Simmons, Oakley Simmons, Gaston Simmons, Billie Williams, Hilda Eubanks, Jean Diffin, and Katie Nell; a beloved daughter-in-law, Rosalyn Nott; and a precious great-grandson, Aiden Campbell.

Faye was a devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She was a vivacious person who loved to laugh and enjoyed life. She was an excellent cook and loved serving others. Her greatest joy in life was spending time with her family. She deeply loved her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. She was a committed prayer warrior and served her church in many different capacities throughout her lifetime.
She is survived by her three sons, Robert Nott, Jr., Barry Nott, and Brian (Jenny) Nott; three grandchildren, Jessica (Jesse) Campbell, Jeremy (Rebecca) Nott, and Amanda Nott; four great-grandchildren, Austin Campbell, Asher Campbell, Asa Campbell, Autumn Grace Campbell; numerous special nieces, nephews, and friends also survive.
Visitation will be held 2:00pm until a Celebration of Faye's Life Service to begin at 2:30pm Tuesday, July 12, 2022 at Heights Baptist Church, 600 Pickens Ave. Pensacola, FL 32503. Private family committal will be held at Barrancas National Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Heights Baptist Church in her memory.
