Foye Weekley a long time resident of Pensacola, FL and Jacksonville, FL passed away peacefully July 13, 2011 at Covenant Hospice in Pensacola, FL. Foye was a beloved Mother, Daughter, Sister and Friend. Anyone who knew her knew that she was kind person with a sweet soul. She was a wonderful mother and best friend to her daughter Sara. She was a talented seamstress and took great pride in sewing all of the clothes for her daughter, and loved it when people complimented her on how nicely dressed Sara was. She played the piano beautifully and later in life learned to play the organ. She was retired from Snap On Tools Corporation, and before working there had been a homemaker. Foye was predeceased by her husband of 56 years Hugh O. Weekley, Jr.; daughter, Patricia Diane Weekley; parents, Henry Franklin and Sarah Morrow; brothers, Hoke, Buddy and Shorty Morrow; sisters, Aline Allen and Helen Stewart. Foye is survived by her daughter, Sara Weekley; sister, Alla-Mae Hurd; former son in law, Ron Mullins; special friends, Patty Nickells and Karla Qualls. She is also survived my many nieces and nephews, great and great- great nieces and nephews. Also surviving Foye are her granddogs Sadie-Mae and Sophie. Visitation will be 2:00pm until the Funeral Service at 3:00pm Saturday, July 16, 2011 at Harper-Morris Memorial Chapel. Internment will follow at Bayview Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers the family request memorial contributions to the Hadji Shrine Transportation Fund, 800 West Nine Mile Road, Pensacola, FL 32534.
