June 16, 1950 – January 14, 2018
Frances Armentrout, 67, of Pensacola, FL passed away on Sunday, January 14, 2018. She was born in Pensacola and graduated from Pensacola Catholic High in 1968, and earned an MBA from UWF. Frances retired from Nestle Corp as a pharmaceutical representative. In 1978 she had a kidney transplant, donated by her mother, and a second one in 2010. Enduring numerous other health issues throughout her life, she showed great strength, fortitude and cheerfulness, maintaining an optimistic attitude through it all. She is finally pain free.
She was a lifelong Catholic and is now resting in peace with the Lord.
Frances was preceded in death by her parents, Frank S. Armentrout and Irene Welsh Armentrout and a brother, Joe S. Armentrout.
She is survived by a sister, Linda Jacobs (Larry); a brother, John Armentrout (Mary) and nephews, Michael Armentrout, Jeff Armentrout, Keith Jacobs and Scott Jacobs; nieces, Michelle Armentrout-Pike, Jennifer Armentrout, Julie Armentrout, Jill Carlough and Melanie Wilson.
Visitation will be at 9:30am Monday, January 29, 2018 with a Memorial Mass beginning at 10:00am from St. Paul Catholic Church with Fr. Craig Smith, celebrant. Burial will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Pensacola Humane Society or to Pensacola Catholic High School.
