Frances "Carol" Ransdell, 77, of Pensacola, FL passed away peacefully Saturday, October 6, 2018 surrounded by her loving family.

Carol was born in Flomaton, AL on January 1, 1941 to Jesse and Dessie Maulden. After raising her family, Carol went back to school at PJC where she received her associate degree in psychology and began a career at Lakeview Center where she retired as a drug and alcohol counselor to adults and teenagers. Carol was a rock to all her family and many friends, and will be deeply missed by all.

She is preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Michael Maulden, and daughter, Pamela Dapra.

Survivors include her daughters, Kim Marsh and Janet Ricketson; sisters, Jeanette Reeves, Shirlee Hill (Dave), and Joanne Notz; a grandson, Matthew Dapra; as well as granddaughters, Melissa Miles, Shannon O'Neal, Ashley Ricketson, Maggie Ricketson, and Anndrea Marsh.

Funeral Service will be held 11:00am Saturday, October 13, 2018 at Harper-Morris Memorial Chapel with Pastor Wes Alvarez officiating. Private family interment will be in Wausau Memorial Gardens, Wausau, FL.
