Fred Allen Garnett, 85, of Eufaula, AL, died Tuesday, April 10, 2018, in Eufaula.

Mr. Garnett was born on May 27, 1932 in Decatur, AL to James Newton and Frances Louise (Sherrill) Garnett.

Mr. Garnett is preceded in death by his wife, Donna Kingsmore Garnett; granddaughter, Donna Looney and his great-grandson, Jacob Vanderzwaag.

He is survived by his children, Kathryn Ann Poe (Charles) of Palm Bay, FL, Stephene Garnett of Pensacola, FL, Lynn Allen Caton (Ronald) of Plantation, FL, Marilyn Wright (William) of Sebastian, FL; eight grandchildren, Kathy Gioia (Tony), Bill "Bud" Looney, Emily Alft, Michael Alft, Cynthia Caton, Angela Vanderzwaag, Kyle Wright, Preston Wright; six great-grandchildren,

Visitation will be 10:00am to 12:00pm Saturday, April 14, 2018 at Harper-Morris Memorial Chapel. A Graveside Service will take place at 1:00pm in the Mausoleum at Holy Cross Cemetery, Pensacola.
