Fusae Ueda, 74, passed away peacefully Friday, January 13, 2017 surrounded by her family; two sons, Hiroyuki Ueda, Ken (Kim) Ueda and daughter, Yuka (Tom) Mitchell.

Granddaughters, Brittany (Montana) Biggs and Bailey (Blake) Schuman were by her side supporting their grandmother. She will also be remembered by her loving grandchildren; Kristina, Alyssa, Brianna, Elizabeth, Charlotte and great grandchildren; Keylan, Shyliah and Micah.

A Pensacola native for over 40 years, Fusae was the Sushi Chef at Joe Patti's seafood where she brought joy to her customer's heart with the food she prepared. She loved being a part of the Joe Patti Seafood family and being able to service the city of Pensacola with her sushi creations.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Harper-Morris Memorial Chapel, 2276 Airport Blvd., Pensacola, FL 32504 between 1-3pm, Sunday, January 15, 2017.

The family invites all of Fusae's friends to celebrate her life with them. She will be truly missed by her many friends and coworkers at Joe Patti's Seafood.

The family would like to give special thanks to the caring staff at Baptist Hospital for their kind care of Fusae and to Joe Patti's Seafood where she worked with enthusiasm.
