Gladys Garner White, 82, of Pensacola passed away Sunday, November 10, 2013. Gladys was born in Castleberry, AL on January 23, 1931 to Addie Levonia (Burkett) and John Lewis Garner. She worked in the legal field for over 60 years. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband of 40 years, Collis H. White, Sr. Gladys leaves behind her children, Suzie, Jody and Robert; adopted daughters, Robin McPherson and Cindy Nordin; and adopted grandson, Richard Cardwell, III. The family will receive friends 10:30am until the Funeral Service to begin at 11:00am Wednesday, November 13, 2013 at Harper-Morris Memorial Chapel with Rev. John Stacey officiating. Burial will be in Holly Grove Methodist Church Cemetery in Castleberry, AL. In lieu of flowers memorial, contributions may be made to Covenant Hospice, 5041 N. 12th Ave., Pensacola, FL 32504.
