Gloria Marie (Lynch) Bingle died January 2, 2015 at Sacred Heart Hospital. She was born August 13, 1925 in East Orange, NJ. She married William A. Bingle in 1948 and raised three children who adored her and will always remember her loving ways and beautiful smile. In 1966 the family moved to St. Petersburg, FL. In 1987, Gloria and Bill retired to Franklin, NC. Gloria donated her time as a Eucharistic Minister at St. Frances Catholic Church. She gave comfort to the sick and elderly, praying and giving the Sacrament of Holy Communion. She proudly accepted the prestigious "Mother Teresa Award" given by the Knights of Columbus for her service. She is survived by her husband of 67 years, Bill Bingle; her children, Barbara Beck (Stewart), Betty Mraz (Steve), and Billy Bingle; her six grandchildren, Andi Nelson (Will), Kimberly Perkins (Sean), Stephen Mraz (Sarah), Jeff Mraz, Laura and Stewart Beck; her great-grandchildren, Evie and Leo Mraz, Liam Nelson, Charlie, River and Trinity Perkins. Memorial Mass will be celebrated 10 am Thursday January 8, 2015 at the Cathedral of The Sacred Heart. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Sacred Heart Catholic School, 1603 North 12th Ave., Pensacola, FL, 32503. The family would like to express sincere gratitude to our wonderful caregiver, Melody Colyer, Gentiva Health Care, the Priests, Deacons and Eucharistic Ministers of the Cathedral of Sacred Heart, the staff of Sacred Heart Hospital, especially Alyssa in ICU, Dr. Michelle Brandhorst and Dr. John Retzloff for their kind and compassionate care.
