Gradine Rogers Boyett, 77, of Pensacola, FL passed away at her home on Monday, January 6, 2025.

Gradine was born July 16, 1947, in Griffin, GA, and grew up in Buena Vista, GA. She was a resident of Pensacola for the last 10 years, where she was a proud employee of the Bodacious Shops, and a doting 'Gigi' to her two granddaughters.

As an adult, Gradine spent many years in Shelby, NC where she worked as a Pampered Chef consultant, and in Florence, SC, where she was a school librarian at All Saints Episcopal Day School. Gradine was a loving mother and grandmother, a kind friend, and a beloved sister.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Grady and Justine Rogers, and her son, Sean Boyett.

Survivors include her daughter, April Kocher (Bruce); granddaughters, Kayla and Ellie; sister, Seleta Rogers; brother, Hall Rogers (Debbie); as well as nephews, Chris Rogers (Susan) and Carey Rogers (Tammy); niece, Kristin Morgan (Josh); and a host of cousins.

The family will have Celebration of Life gatherings on Saturday, February 1, 2025, at Coffee Club Southern Kitchen in Buena Vista, GA from 2:00-4:00pm, and Saturday, February 22, 2025, upstairs at the Bodacious Shops (Palafox and Main St) in Pensacola, FL from 2:00-4:00pm.
