Helen Lamothe Bell, 95, of Pensacola, FL passed away Thursday, November 28, 2019.

Helen was born on October 29, 1924 in Chicopee, MA. She met Madison Langley Bell, Jr. in Springfield, MA at Westover Field in October of 1944. They married just after the war on September 8, 1945. They returned to Pensacola in 1952 to live. She played golf every Wednesday morning with the ladies at PCC 1960 til 2004 when Hurricane Ivan took their home away.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Alice and Joe Lamothe; her three brothers, Gerry, Jackie, and Harold Lamothe; her husband, Madison Langley Bell, Jr.; and her oldest son, Madison Langley Bell, III.

Survivors include her children, Keith Bell (Jeanne), Bruce Bell (Catherine), Babette Bell (Jay Schwartz), and Beverly Bell Vannoy (Jeffrey); daughter-in-law, Christine Bell; grandchildren, Madison Bell IV (Katrina), Amy Bell Forbes (Kenny), Keith Bell Jr. (Virginia), Kevin Bell (Margaret), Christopher Chas Galloway, Bud Galloway, Nic Bell, Starlyn Bell Schwartz, Blaze Schwartz, Langley Bell Vannoy, Clayton Vannoy (Hailey); as well as 10 great-grandchildren.

Celebration of Life will be from 3pm-6pm Sunday, December 1, 2019 at the Home of Beverly and Jeff Vannoy.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Covenant Care Hospice of Northwest Florida.
