On a beautiful, crisp October morning in the hills of East Tennessee, Sharon and Hank Neal passed away together as a result of a motorcycle accident. Sharon and Hank were husband and wife, but most of all, they were best friends. They left this world doing what they both loved to do - riding free together and enjoying the beauty of the changing seasons in the hills and mountains. Sharon and Hank's love and devotion for each other, family and friends were evident to all of us who knew them. While Sharon and Hank left us far too soon, we can all rest assured that their being together at that moment would have been their wish. And while their loss is hard to bear for both family and friends, we who live on in this world can only pray that Sharon and Hank's ride continues on in the hereafter; free of all worldly pain and concerns, and full of unimaginable love and beauty on their new journey together. Hank was born in Philadelphia, PA and was a decorated Marine Sargent and Vietnam veteran. He retired recently after serving his country (again) for 25 years in Federal law enforcement as an ATF agent. He was currently working as a private investigator at his company, Emerald I, Inc. Hank is survived by his father, Charles W. Neal (PA), daughter, Sandra Vincent (Macon, GA) and granddaughters, Nikki Vincent and Bailey Vincent (Macon, GA). Hank was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Neal. Memorial Service to celebrate the lives of Hank and Sharon will be held 11:00am Tuesday, November 17, 2015 at Harper-Morris Memorial Chapel. Committal Service will follow at Barrancas National Cemetery with full Military Honors.
