Ida Lee Yost, 88, of Pensacola passed away Saturday, January 31, 2015. Mrs. Yost was born on December 13, 1926 in Starke, FL and adopted by Eugene and Alma (Cherry) Salvant. She grew up in the Pleasant Grove Community and graduated from Pensacola High School in 1945. She married Loyd Dale Yost on January 20, 1951. Mrs. Yost was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Regina Fillingim; granddaughter, Terri Modline; and daughter, Debora Lee Yost. Survivors include her loving husband of 64 years, Dale Yost; grandson, Justin Modline; sister, Lavada Smith and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be 10am until the Funeral Service at 11:00am Wednesday, February 4, 2015 at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church, with Dr. Wiley Richards officiating. Burial will follow at the Pleasant Grove Cemetery. Active Pallbearers will be nephews.
